From the moment she started, Viktoria jumped right in, eager to assist wherever she was needed. Her flexibility and willingness to adapt to clients’ schedules have made her an invaluable part of our care team. No matter the situation, she approaches her work with positivity, energy, and a deep sense of compassion—ensuring that every client feels supported, heard, and truly cared for.

Beyond her skill as a caregiver, Viktoria is also a joy to be around. Her fun-loving spirit and excellent communication help her build strong relationships not only with clients but also with our Care Management team. She understands that caregiving isn’t just about meeting physical needs—it’s about bringing joy and comfort into daily life, something she does effortlessly.
