With over 20 years of experience as a registered nurse, Bianca Wheeler has dedicated her career to providing compassionate, high-quality care to our community. In partnership with her husband, Tim Wheeler, she spent nearly a year creating, founding, and building the framework of our company, shaping its mission and values from the ground up. Together, their shared vision was to create a home care organization that goes beyond meeting basic needs—one that prioritizes joy, dignity, and meaningful connections for every Client.

While Bianca continues to provide leadership and oversight within the company, she also remains actively engaged in nursing outside of the organization, further enriching her expertise and perspective. Her deep understanding of patient care, combined with her commitment to excellence, ensures that our Clients receive the best possible support.
