Tim Wheeler

President and Co-founder

After years of working with large home care organizations, Tim Wheeler saw firsthand the shortcomings of the industry—where caregivers were undervalued, hiring standards were lax, and clients were reduced to a list of medical needs. Determined to change this, Tim and his wife, Bianca Wheeler, spent nearly a year creating, founding, and building a company that puts both caregivers and clients at the heart of everything.

Tim recognized three key areas that needed drastic improvement. First, he saw that caregivers were often treated as numbers on a spreadsheet—underpaid, unappreciated, and viewed only as a means to generate revenue. He was committed to creating a company that paid Caregivers higher wages and, more importantly, recognized them for the incredible work they do every day.

Second, he knew that quality care starts with the right people. Unlike large corporations that would hire just about anyone, Tim implemented a rigorous hiring process, ensuring that every Caregiver had at least five years of experience and a proven track record of compassion and dedication. His goal was to build a team of professionals who truly belong in the industry—those who see caregiving as more than a job, but a calling.

Finally, after conducting hundreds of client assessments, Tim saw how impersonal the process was at big companies. Clients were defined only by their health conditions and limitations, with little regard for who they were as individuals. Tim envisioned something different—an assessment strategy that went beyond medical needs to truly understand the person behind the care. What brings them joy? Where do they like to get their hair and nails done? What’s their favorite restaurant? These details matter, not just for better Caregiver-Client matching, but to ensure that every visit is infused with joy and meaningful connection.

Tim’s unwavering commitment to elevating both Caregivers and Clients is the foundation of our company. His passion for creating a better home care experience continues to shape everything we do, ensuring that every client is seen, heard, and cared for—not just for what they need help with, but for who they are.
